Preparing for your BQH Session
Preparing for your Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) session begins as soon as you schedule your appointment. Setting a clear intention and approaching the session with an open mind will enhance your experience and allow for deeper healing and insight.
Give yourself 1-2 weeks to prepare.
Before Your Session

Set Your Intention: Begin by affirming your desire for clear and direct communication with your subconscious, higher self, and spiritual guides. You may notice intuitive messages or insights leading up to your session—pay attention to these subtle nudges.

Create a list of questions for your session, prioritizing them in order of importance. If you have multiple questions on the same topic, group them together. Common themes include:

Life purpose and soul path

Career and financial guidance

Relationships and personal connections

Navigating specific life challenges

Spiritual growth and self-discovery
Aim for 5–10 specific, well-thought-out questions rather than broad or vague ones.

Let Go of Expectations. Approach the session with curiosity and trust. There is no "right" way for the experience to unfold—some people receive visuals, others feel sensations, hear messages, or simply "know" the answers. Trust that your higher self will guide you to exactly what you need.
The Day of Your Session

Eat a light, healthy meal beforehand. Avoid heavy, fried foods that may make you feel sluggish.

Refrain from caffeine and alcohol.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Reaffirm your intention by repeating a mantra such as:
“I release all expectations and trust that this experience will unfold in the best way for me. I allow my conscious mind to step aside so that higher wisdom can flow through.” -
Creating a Supportive Environment. If your session is in person, arrive in a relaxed state, ready to engage.
For remote sessions, ensure you have:-
A quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed.

A comfortable place to recline.

A device (computer, tablet, or phone) plugged into power with a stable internet connection.

Corded headphones with a built-in microphone.

A blanket, pillow, tissues, and water nearby.

A healthy snack for grounding after the session.

What to Expect When We Meet. We will begin with a short consultation to review your goals, discuss your questions, and refine your intention statement.

You’ll have a chance to use the restroom before we start recording.

Throughout the session, you will be fully supported by both your personal spiritual guides and mine. This is a completely safe state of heightened awareness, and if needed, you could naturally come out of hypnosis at any time.
